How the app works today — a plain summary, not a legal policy.
Minimal roster data
Rosters store a display name or nickname, an optional jersey number and positions. We don't ask for birthdates, phone numbers or addresses.
No messaging, no public profiles
There is no chat, no player-to-player messaging and no public player pages.
Coach-controlled join codes
Players link to a roster with a code from their coach. Codes expire and the coach can revoke them at any time.
Players see only their own work
Players see their own assignments and results. They never see teammates' scores or account details.
Parents view, coaches edit
Parent/guardian accounts are view-only. Only the coach who owns a team can change it.
Privacy first
Please avoid entering players' full names or other personal details anywhere in the app.
