1. Using REPS

REPS by AiSo ("REPS") is a baseball training tool for players, families, coaches and organizations. By creating an account you agree to these terms. Players under 13 should use REPS with a parent or guardian's permission, and coaches are responsible for the teams they create.

2. Accounts

• Keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• We only ask for a first name or nickname — never a birthdate or full name for players.
• REPS has no messaging between users.

3. Plans, trials and billing

• Free plans are free forever, with the limits shown on the Pricing page.
• Paid plans need a card up front and include a 7-day free trial, once per account. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
• After the trial, your plan is billed at the start of each monthly or yearly period and renews automatically until you cancel.
• Upgrades take effect right away and are charged the prorated difference. Downgrades apply as a credit on your next bill.
• Promo codes follow the terms shown when you apply them and can't be combined unless stated.
• Prices may change; we'll tell you before a change affects your next renewal.

4. Cancelling

Cancel any time from Billing → Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. See the Refund Policy.

5. Shared plans

Family and Club/Organization plans include codes for additional members. The buyer can free a seat and issue a new code at any time. Coach-assigned work is always free for players.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse REPS, try to access other people's data, or share content that isn't yours. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

7. Content

Lessons and the REPS Standard system are teaching guides — coaching conventions vary, and coaches may customize them. REPS isn't responsible for injuries on the field.

8. Deleting your account

You can delete your account from Account settings. Deletion cancels any active subscription and frees shared codes.
